AIC Recruitment 2021 Education Qualification :
Management Trainee
- A Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent with degrees like BE, B.Tech, B.Sc. MCA, B. Com. or MBA.
Hindi Officer
- Must have a post-graduate degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s level. A minimum of 60 % marks must be secured in the graduation.
AIC Recruitment 2021 Age Limits :
- Minimum Age : 21 years
- Maximum Age : 30 years
- Age Relaxation is as per as rules (01/11/2021).
- A candidate must have been born not earlier than 1st November 1991 and not later than 31st October 2000 (both dates inclusive).
Pay Scale :
- Management trainees : The selected candidates would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 40,000/-p.m. for the 1st year and Rs. 42,500/- p.m. for the 2nd year.
- Hindi Officer – Scale I -Basic pay of Rs.32795/- in the scale of Rs. 32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)-62315 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs.65,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension system governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per prevailing rules of the Company. The Officer is also entitled for Company’s/leased accommodation as per norms.
